"Productivo," "we" or "us" means the Productivo service, available at productivo.in, crm.productivo.in and our mobile app. "You" means you — the person or business using it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the agreement between us.
Payments are processed securely by Cashfree. Prices are in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes. We may change our prices from time to time, but a change will never affect the term you've already paid for — it would only apply at your next renewal, and we'll give you fair notice.
Pro is an annual plan. You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing us — your Pro features simply stay active until the end of the period you've paid for, and then your account moves back to the Free plan. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not trigger a refund for the current term (see our Refund Policy).
Everything you put into Productivo — your clients, invoices, projects, all of it — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't sell it. We only process it to run the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your records and you can delete your account whenever you like.
We trust you to use Productivo for legitimate business. Please don't:
If an account is being used this way, we may suspend or close it — and where there's a clear, serious breach, we may do so without a refund.
Productivo connects to other services you choose to use — Google for Meet/Calendar, WhatsApp for messaging, Cashfree for payments. Those services have their own terms, and we can't control or be responsible for how they behave. If Google or WhatsApp changes how their platform works, some features may change too.
We work hard to keep Productivo running smoothly, but we can't promise it will be perfect or never go down. Occasionally we'll take it offline for maintenance, and sometimes things break. We'll do our best to fix issues quickly and keep you informed.
You can close your account any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that hasn't paid, or where we're required to by law. If we ever shut down the Service entirely, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
As Productivo grows, these Terms may need updating. We'll post the new version here with a fresh date, and for material changes we'll email you. If you keep using Productivo after that, you're accepting the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute. We'd much rather sort out any problem with a quick conversation, though — so reach out before anything escalates.
